Am I being a dumb nuts?! The adjustment on my 2002 Fabia is 'L' or 'L+R' for the door mirrors.How do you adjust just the drivers side mirror? Apologies if am being especially thick!

I don't think that you can. Adjust the L+R to get the RHS one set, then twiddle with the LHS one. It's a feature that they changed. My 2005 has the logical L or R adjustment.
