As above, getting a rather loud CLUNK under harsh acceleration and under harsh braking.

Pretty impossible to diagnose online obviously, so anyone work with cars or who has a ramp? Close to Nottingham as possible lol

From what you've said, I'd suspect worn engine/gearbox mounts leading to "engine shunt".

 

Try and see if you can rock the engine back and forwards by hand.

if not that it might be the console bushes.  these are the bushes that mount the front subframe to the car..

Get a mate to push down on the car while you lay on the ground and hold onto things like drop links etc,
