Help with stutter at idle

Featured Replies

Okay car is 07 covered 61k just had cambelt and water pump service, hybrid mdx376 @ 230 bhp, everything else standard but has helix smf kit.

When I first bought the car idle was fine, I'm sure it's not to do with recent cambelt and water pump change because it happened before.

When cold idle is fine but once upto coolant temp it stutters occasionally bit of a pattern. I've read codes with vcds and there are none other than g65 00819 which points to Air con. Air con seems to work and ac light comes on as it should. Dipping clutch or putting on aircon and rear heater doesn't really make any difference.

Revs don't fluctuate much only very slightly.

Any ideas?

Cheers

Cleaned the EGR valve out at all? could be sticking slightly.

Also, can you do some live data checks for the timing since your unsure, check the torsion value, might be nothing but at least you will know if the timing is spot on or slightly out.
