Radio reception

Featured Replies

I have this ongoing problem with my radio, it has been happening for about a year now and it seems to affect only one channel. It does not always happen but it is quite regular and sometimes it reaches the stage where I have to turn it off or change channels. I had someone come out to have a look at the roof arial and he took the headlining down and checked the amplifier thingy. He seemed to think that there was nothing wrong with it and the radio itself is ok. Trouble was, the radio was working perfectly when he came out (typical) and he said if it goes again he would change the arial. Now rather than try and explain the problem I have uploaded a video you can look at. Just one question, if it was the arial would'nt it affect all the other channels? Look here...  http://sendvid.com/alam9hfs

Mmmmm, I have had 107 view this post, only 8 look at the video, and 0 replies. I have obviously posted my problem in the wrong forum.

Are you sure it's tuned into the correct frequency for your area and not a neighbouring region I can't think of anything that would cause interference on just a single chanel like this other than incorrect tuning

My dash cam interferes with my radio :dull:
