Hi,

 

 

Whilst replacing a side light bulb today.  I noticed a pipe that seemed to have come loose, I popped it back on, but am a bit worried whether it's supposed to be connected or not.

Any ideas what the pipe is?  I've tried googling and searching here, but no joy.

1.2 12-valve engine, yeah?

 

EGR breather pipe. It should be connected into the airbox / engine cover as shown in your pic.. Nothing terrible will happen if it isn't for a while.

Yep 1.2 12 Valve engine.
