Hey guys. A friends 04 octavia 1.6 has a drivers door electrical fault. Firstly the windows or e/locks wouldn't work from the arm rest switch panel , but the 2 rear & pass. front windows work using their own switches, and will lock & unlock using key fob.She changed the drivers door loom & window motor and switch panel from a scrapper which worked perfectly before swap. Now the window motor only works when you press the lock/unlock switch on panel. Worse still it only will go down on pressing the lock or unlock switch. Nothing else works from switch panel, and the donor car has been crushed. Any help would be appreciated.Thanks in advance

If the part numbers on motors didn't match exactly ie different model year, it will need coding in with vcds to be fully functional. As it was working before and loom has been replaced that would be my guess.
