Bit of advice please,

I need an o/s/f headlamp for an 04 Fabia Vrs, on looking on eBay some are advertised 00-04, then 04-07 or even 00-07 model years.

Is there a difference between model years?

I'd kill for a set of headlights with lenses (non Xenon)...

Pretty sure the fitting is the same but the lense is different. My 07 vRS SE headlight lenses were different from my mothers old 52 plate Fabia TDi.

One of the cars had xenon lights and the other one didn't ?

Try looking on ebay for DEPO ones. Good quality and a direct fit.
