Non blanked out dyno plot

Featured Replies

Well, thought it was silly to blank the figures out, so I re-did it just taking out my reg number. ;) comments? :D One thing I notice, and its apparent when driving, is that peak torque arrives later and peak power arrives earlier. Makes for a very interesting 2500-4000rpm. ;)

nice curve and good figures :)

I think it looks very boring now. You need to go back for more rev range.

You NEED LPG injection.:D

ROCK ON!!!

I'm impressed! :)

400rpm peak power

I think you should put n2o now, I can't see any other way of getting more power :D

I can - only from what I was told was happening at the top. Quite simple really - turbo has more to push, simple as that - injectors can't push any more.... Quite logical what to change next (eventually ;))

Oh, and replace the OEM exhaust pipework too.

So start saving

Hmm interesting, so the torque is higher up the revs and the peak power is lower so shouldnt it be better when accelerating? Ive always thought as standard with power and torque at each end that it isnt quite as effective as you lose the benfit of one of reviing up to the other. By the time you've reved to peak power your way off the torque.

You're right Spanner - As Mike said, it would drive a bit more like a petrol with peak torque & BHP closer together. It is totally awesome from 2500 to 4500rpm. Not bad from 2000RPM either to be honest, but it just really OOOOOMPHS you back in your seat at 2.5k

It looks great, must be a real blast to drive. Worth all the heartache. A VRS that can tow.
