The 210 k km interval is more likely to be a on the safe side, belt-and-suspenders value than a stretched to the limit, good for advertising value.

 

The dealer's obviously try to scare their customers into getting this expensive operation carried out while they still use the authorized dealers.

Not sure it's particularly clever to claim a 210000 interval in that case, unless I'm mistaken about the duration of the initial warranty (more than 2 years?)
