Trying to install/run a .XAP app on Windows 8.1.

Im trying to use either the install or emulate switches on the silverlight launcher but can't get it working.

I've set the origin, path to silverlight, path to the app and to put the link on the desktop but nothing seems to happen.

Although it'd work seamlessly in Windows Mobile, it seems to be a PITA to do in Windows.

Any help gratefully received
