First, does this car come with a FARB as standard?

I was considering adding a 25mm FARB and RARB. Am I right in thinking that (if there is no FARB) it'll maintain the current balance of the car while tightening things up otherwise?

I intend to drop the car about 35mm, will there be any problems with clearence or anything?
