fan with a diffrence

well lads i no ive read a few of these posts where the fan is runnin on .car got a tip few months back and fan is runnin on ever since  .i have changed the fans as it was accessable to me ,but no joy ,fan  still running on .but not just that the front right fog light is stayin on as car and key are out of ignition .but even more strange.i can  turn fog light off with the switch and leave switch in off position and fog light turns its self back back on approx   30 seconds later .any body able the shed some light plz and thanks
