09 Fabia leaks into the footwell (slight return)

Hi

I have a lovely 09 TDI which I bought last year second hand. I just discovered that the rear washer is profusely leaking into the passenger footwell. I am some way out of warranty at this point. Having had a look around the previous posts it appears that others had this problem early on but I couldn't find anything more recent.

My questions are:

Can I get Skoda to eat this? 

As it appears to be a dash off job, is it something that can be done on my own? 

How many kidneys do I need to sell to get it fixed.
