So today got a straight through exhaust fitted (powerflow) one and sounds amazing poping ans banging amd turbo spool through the back if only i could lower it by about 15decibels would be so much better think om going to have to put a small silencer in somewhere might get stopped by the old plod soon anyone else done this

I'm an old man so I am impressed by fast quiet cars.  A 15 decibel change is quite a drop in the level of noise - to about a 1/3, I think.

Get a sound clip! Always handy for reference on here. So I assume decat as well?

Yeah its straight through from manifold knew it was gonna be loud but its a bit extravigant and al have a look for a sound clip

I too am an old fart (and I like not being chucked off race circuits) who is impressed by fast but quiet cars. Surely you can just take it back to Powerflow and ask them to put at least one silencer back into the system to save your hearing and preventing future ASBOs?
