It's "the wrong way of doing it" according to many, but I just used a file when I put astra wheels on my pickup, I put the wheel bolts in with a socket on an extension the first time and they didn't feel at all off-centred. Spun the wheel with a fixed point against the rim and there was nothing to indicate they were out of line.

I suspect there are a few engineering companies in B'ham that could help, but suggest you first contact www.alloyxchange.co.uk who are part of an OEM in West Bromwich.  They will tell you if it is possible although their pricing might be high due to the necessary approvals.  At least it's a start and a benchmark.

 

Let us know what you find out as I've got some 57.1s that need a refurb and potential conversion to 66.5 for my Audi (or more likely just keep for my next Skoda)

 

This isn't an attempt at a sale in case my favourite moderator thinks it is...
