Buzzing noise

Hi All,

My wife picked up her new Fabia 1.4 TDI (105bhp) LHD car. recently and she/we notice a type of an electrical buzzing noise that is coming from the rear right passenger area, approximately. If you pull up on the electric windows while they are closed you can hear this buzzing sound oscillate. Also if you activate the rear heated window. She has been back to the dealer and they are pretty clueless but do acknowledge the noise. The mechanic has said it could be a pump but changing it wouldn't be covered under warranty as it's not really classified as a problem. She has been given a loaner Fabia now and this has a similar buzzing noise but not as bad.

Has anyone else experienced this noise? I'm at the point where I want her to sell the car back to them and take a hit because there was already some paint damage on the bonnet on collection, which they replaced under warranty. It's been a pretty underwhelming new car experience really.
