Hej is it just me or does someone else have problems with setting the memory for the seat.

I follow the instructions but it won't work.

Got a L&K 190 dsg combi and kessy easy open.

Not had any issues with the memory setting on my L&K

And you just followed the instructions from the manual?

Our previous 3 Skoda’s have had electric seats so I did it from memory, IIRC it went like this:

 

Engine running (IIRC you only need the ignition on though)

door open (only because it is easier)

Press M

Then press 1 (at the same time as M IIRC) you will hear the bong once it has accepted the setting.

Will try that later then. Manual says ignition on adjust seat press Set and then within 10sec press the nr you want but that doesn't work for me

Ah yes it may be set rather than M but it’s the one just in front of 1.

 

You do need to keep the numbered button pressed until you hear the bong.

Nope that didn't work. Better contact the dealer on Monday to sort it out. Luv the car though

By doing some deep reaserch on the Briskoda forums i found the answer to my problem.

The seat had too be awakened by taking the all positions too it's end. When I did this i got a bong and was then able to store my setting. Happy Camper
