Driveshaft part numbers confusion

I've been thinking about acquiring a spare pair of driveshafts off ebay, but have a question about part numbers.

If you look at a parts catalogue page like this one for 2005 Fabia, the part numbers seem to appear in pairs (no, not left and right!).

 

Each type seems to have a part number that goes 6Q0 407 27xxx and another one that goes 6Q0 407 45xxx, with all PR details identical for both.

 

What's the difference? Manufacturer? Which are better?
