Hey, I got some problems in my 1.2 fabia classic and it is kind rare to find the 1.2 engine where I am living, so was wondering, since fabia and VW polo got the same 3 cylinders engine is it possible to get the Polo's engine " only the block "? My other option is to get full 1.4 engine " block and gearbox " it is double the cost here + 3 working days, so I really appreciate any suggestions about getting engine from another car

The 1.2 engine is treating same unit whatever vw group car it's fitted in.

Changing for a bigger one is not straight forward
