Dash cam & privilege

Featured Replies

Just phoned privilege to check if wiring up my dash cam to go on with ignition would be w 'modification' and they confirmed no but they also won't accept it as proof in the event of an accident! I knew dash cams have been hit and miss with insurers but thought they'd all matured by now.

It is a bit strange that they will accept a couple of badly drawn diagrams of box cars & stick people, from 2 parties where one of them usually lies throughs their backside, but a HD video is not good enough. LOL!

Good isn't it, if anything it's only making their life easier. But I guess it removes a % possibility of them wriggling out of paying! Thieving gits.
