Hello!

My first topic in this forum, bought an used Skoda Yeti last summer and the left outer reardoor handle has alot of scratches so I would like to repaint it. I'm wondering if someone here could guide me on how remove the door handle, i've googled alot and found that on a number of Skoda and VW cars there's a T20 screw behind the plug on the door but all I've found was a black "tap" of some kind, I've tried to push it down ever so gently but nothing happens.

Could somebody shed some light on this one?
