Front brake caliper scrapping the disk. What could it beee

Have you taken the wheel and brake caliper off and had a look? Could be a stone caught possibly. Alternatively your caliper could be seized.

When were the pads and discs last changed?

Loose mounting bolts, worn out pad (the "wear indicator" only works on the inside left pad).

Bacially i went throw a bad pot hole . It bent my hob. So i changed the hob drive shaft (cuz the sensor wasnt reading it) and placed a brand new wheel bearing from dealers. Put in new disk and pads. The problem now is the brake cailper was torching the disk its made a mark on the new disk all around . When i took the wheel off, i just moved the disk but it has a play in it which i know it shouldnt have. Other side is perfect but this side moves abit which is bad i know. Any 1 know what the problem iss. Plzzz help

The disk may move about with the wheel removed as it's the wheel that holds it on really.

Any play with the wheel bolted up tight?

Oh hang on.. how did you fit the new bearing into the hub?

I've seen it where someone has pressed against the caliper mounting lugs and bent them. That or the bearing isn't in fully.
