Hi has anyone changed there's if they did how much was it.?

Is it complet with cam cover or r they separate

I think almost all of us have changed ours. They cost roughly £50 and a new seal is £15 (upto you if you change that too). No they don't come with the cover.

Thanks so you can buy them separately from the cam cover if so how do a get the old one off thanks

It's held on with a few torx screws and a couple of pipes.
