... the local Skoda-workshop couldn't get it working with the immobilizer :( !
They claim that you have to buy keys specifically for your car via the workshop so they come pre-coded for the car with right chassie-number.
That got me wondering if anyone else has tested some new ebay-keys and if/how they got it working .

Surely that can't be right as some people have bentley style keys.

Craig (Actionman39) does the Bentley keys.

He comes around and does all the programming himself, out of his van from what i gather.

I think youve been fobbed off by someone who doesnt know what theyre doing.
