How to remove number plate lights

Did someone say the interior lights are the same as the number plate ones ?

Yeah, LED units that replace the existing ones. Didn't see anything about them doing damage, so far so good although I'm going to put a layer of very light tint on them to dull the light slightly as they're a bit on the bright side.

Checked their site, only find direct replacement. Doesn’t say anything about leds on it.

Might have stopped doing them maybe? It's over two years since I bought them.
