Hi everyone. I have a petrol Octavia VRS DSG and this last week its stalled about 4 times. Ive noticed before it stalls the tick over is erratic for a couple of seconds then cuts out. I dont do many miles, 5 miles to work and 5 miles home again. Has anyone else has similar problems.

How long have you had the car and how old is it? Any warranty?

 

Possibly a fuel delivery / filter issue, but just a guess really.

 

I cannot see it being anything to do with the amount of miles you do.

 

Any other issues? ie cut out whilst driving etc. Does it only stall at tick over? and what would the engine temperature be?
