What engine mounts do i need?

Good day all.

 

My Octy is a 55 reg manual 6 speed 2.0 TDi BKD 140 84k and basically I've done pretty much everything else* to eradicate the laboured clunky gear engagement so I can only assume it is the engine mounts at fault here.

 

*DMF and clutch replaced 68k, gear oil and subframe bushes replaced at 81k.

 

So, what do I need altogether?

 

I have http://www.veedubmachine.co.uk/images/1K0199555T.jpg already but unsure what else.
