Just got hold of a boost gauge. Can i tap into the top pipe on the dv rather than the line on the fuel pressure regulator. Is there any difference in accuracy?

i did that but my boost gauge did not work properly it just got up to the zero at full boost

Had a look online and others with the 1.8t have ran it from there and had no bother.

Mine had it like that for about 8 months and was fine. I only removed it because the gauage was a cheapo one and the blue LED backlight was distracting at night.
