Service indicatior..

Featured Replies

... My "oil" service indicator came on yesterday.. time for its first service then.... at 56k miles :o its quite an economical car this.. i thought it was suppost to be serviced at 10k?

mine came on at 28k for the first time. Dont know why and to be honest I wasn't bothered enough to ask the garage lol

I do hope you're (& I believe you are) joking Col.....

mine came on twice about 100 miles apart.!

Still waiting for mine to come on. So far 33K no light but 3 services. lol

Somehow I guess this is common - so common it's one of the few things they tell you how to do in the handbook. First time it happened to me I wasted half a day going to the garage to get it "fixed". 10K services, but it always comes on at 5K. If you can't find it in the handbook - do a search in this forum - there are instructions. Easy and you don't even have to get out of the car.

Have fun
