Greetings, i may have accessed my climatronic's hidden menu and i also may have messed up some of the values.... like really bad.
Now is this something that might be damaging the vehicle in any way?

Also is there a way to bring back the factory settings?

Didn't even know there was a hidden menu

It's quite useful. There is lots of info you can't show on the maxidot, like live MPH.

The question still remains.... how do i reset it

It shouldn't be possible to change anything with that menu. All it does it read out various bits of data.

 

Did you run the climatronic reset procedure by any chance?

 

To do that, press the face direction and Econ button at the same time.

All that does is run all the flaps through a cycle to reset them.

 

I was going through channels and subchannels that i know for sure.
But then i read somewhere, that some of the values can actually be changed.

 

I'll try the "face direction + Econ" reset procedure.
