Any one know ?

When I had a new inlet manifold fitted to my car, I was informed by the garage that there was no kit as yet for the VRS. He was also at the time fitting a blanking kit to a BMW manifold. That was only 4 months ago, but hopefully in the future somebody will develop one. I am surprised nobody as yet has, as it is a common failing on a lot of these plastic manifolds. Had one go on my previous Mazda as well. If you do manage to find a kit, let us all know.

I thought it was common place to fit the manifold that doesnt have them instead of blanks? Basically remove the flaps but keep the ducts

I believe if you take out the flaps, you still have to fill in the connecting holes with something. I saw on an internet video someone fill in the connecting holes with that stuff that comes out of a tube that sets like metal. Would not trust it myself just in case a piece came loose and went into the cylinder.
