Hi  Has any member had experience in replacing the small rubber/metal pressed in bush on the front control arm (wishbone) I am replacing the console bushes  and thought I would also renew these bushes as well, I have gathered a lot of information on replacing the console bushes but can not find much on the the other bushes. Thank you

You have posted this in the guides section. This is normally for guides showing you how to do something rather than requests

However once the wishbone is out you can push the front bush out. I usually use a big socket, threaded bar and a nut and washer.
