Removing bumper trim on an Octavia MK1?

As much as I love my VRS, I'm not very mechanically minded...!

 

Any idea how I take off the bumper trim front and rear? I want to give it a spray and get rid of those horrible marks!

 

If the spray doesn't go quite to plan I'll just get the blow torch on it! ;)

Start at the end with a plastic trim lever and pop it out.

    Yep - and don't bend it too much either as they crack easy.  pop out, keep wiggling. :)
