Spoiler for mk2 Fabia?

Featured Replies

Is there any out there? I have searched high and low, only found the wrc one part of the kit

Are you looking for a rear or front spoiler?

Only The vRS/Monte Carlo and greenline versions have spoiler's as standard. There are genuine accessory versions you can buy from skoda and a front splitter available from the likes of superskoda.

If it's a big rear spoiler you're after, all you would do is introduce rear end lift (if you were going fast enough) on a FWD car.  The ones that are on the vRS as standard (roof and diffuser) are just for looks mainly (and helping the dirt gather on the rear!).  The greenline version is more likely to be functional to help with reducing drag.

The reason the rally version of the mk2 has a spoiler is that it's 4x4 and is going fast enough in the right conditions to need one.

Only the Greenline 2 (Facelift) has them too. Earlier ones didn't. They fitted them to improve airflow and help reduce drag to achieve lower fuel consumption... They actually look pretty cool on the Greenie, going along the top of the tailgate at roofline level, and continuing down the left and right side of the window, to the lower edges!!

If anyone has a used one for sale in black magic, I'm your huckleberry!

I posted up all the part numbers for the green line one ages ago. Not cheap that's for sure.

Having got a facelift green line I haven't had any vehicle that collects so much dirt on the back and that includes my Citigo so the spoiler has its downside.
