I'm having a clear out of bits and pieces that I collected

 

I have a LHD Electric Folding Mirror for the Drivers Side (LEFT SIDE on a RHD car)

Mirror is bare but can be modified to fit on a RHD Car on the passenger side 

 

You would have to use all the parts from you existing mirror and swop bases. Langers2k did this and the info can be found here
