My photo stream has stopped working for some reason.

I'm using all the latest iTunes and iOS. Laptop is running W8, phone is iPhone 5S.

I use the photos stream as the main way of transferring all my photos from my phone to my windows laptop, so frustrating.

So photo stream is ticked on iCloud settings, tried unticking, re-ticking. Signed out of iCloud & re-signed in. WTF isn't it working!

Someone please help, I'm going to throw something out the window soon!!!

Nope, don't use the cloud storage, just Photo Stream which is Ok for 1000 pics and 30 days independent of the 5gb facility.

So, finally sussed it. After nearly pulling out all my hair!

Manually transferred everything from the phones photo stream to the PC.

Deleted the content of the photo stream folder. Hey presto, just started working again. Grrrrrrrr! 2 hours of my life wasted!!

Nope, only had about 30 pics in it.

Copied them across. Deleted them from the folder.

It then sent the deleted photo's that were in the photo stream folder on the phone to the pc photo stream folder, even though they weren't there anymore!

I think it just had a brain fart :(
