Another window fault

Featured Replies

Found out that the passenger rear electric window has just stopped working for no apparent reason, awesome. Why is it things go wrong when it's raining and -1 outside. Might be leaving this till the summer as I am getting bored of removing door cards in this weather, only recently done the driver front window reg (only because I need to fold the mirror in to get in my driveway)

More likely a snapped wire between 'B' pillar and door, in the rubber boot.

Hoping it is something simple like that, just looking out the window at the car at the min and it's ****ing down and freezing out there, I am just not hardcore enough anymore lol. When I operate both the main switch and the door switch it just clicks but no movement at all.

It's the same in South Wales, just a bit warmer at 10 deg C. [emoji53]

For god sake....... went to the car today to have a nosey around only to find the passenger foot well is wet and the seal that goes along the interior floor trim is full of water, nice one yet another problem to sort out. Can't wait for the better weather to come. Thinking of getting a garage

Common problem, door foils don't reseal when removed then let the water in. [emoji35][emoji20]
