Smartlink and Oneplus One Android help please

Featured Replies

Hi All,

Got new Octavia today and my Android phone (Oneplus One running Android 6.0.1) isn't recognised by my Octavia. My work iPhone 5s works just fine, but nothing happens when my Android phone is plugged in. If I go into 'Devices' it shows 'No Entries'.

Anyone have any ideas to see how to get my phone working on it?

thanks in advance!

Have you installed Android auto on your phone? Also is your phone Android auto compatible/certified

Thanks for response, yup installed Android Auto and its running CM13 as OS which is android auto compatible

Could there be å setting for the USB port on the phone? Did not have to change anything on the Nexus 5 and 6 I think, but maybe I forgot I did.

Got it working, was the cable I was using, looks like smartlink is very picky on which cable is used.
