problem with heater blower

hello everyone. I have a skoda fabia mk2 from 2010.I get a problem with the heater(air con) blower.I should replace it with a new one.I tried to remove it selv but noway because I couldn't remove the glovs box. please if there is someone has any idea about that or maybe guid that shows how I can come to the blower just tell me please. thanks
