Hi guys

I changed my Bolero head unit for a Columbus recently so I obviously required a new fascia. For peace of mind I ordered one from MK Skoda but after a two week wait I rang them on it's whereabouts and they informed that they did not have it and had no idea when they would have any.

I did a search on Briskoda and cars-equipment was recommended so I placed an order and after 3 weeks a FEDEX box arrived only for the wrong fascia to be in there!!!! I got in touch and was told a replacement had been sent out and that they were sorry it was due to a workers mistake.

I'm still waiting after 26 days/18 business days and when I chase them up I only occasionally receive a response from a guy via his iPhone telling me it's been sent.

The company have been very poor from the start and I have lost patience with them - has anyone had similar experiences or can recommend what I can do.

Thanks for the links but I have paid cars-equipment so I'm not overly keen on buying another until I get my money back or should I say if.

Would like to warn others about the company too!

Before you could pay with Paypal, but they stopped that method of payment.

I think they will sort it for you, i had some trouble with some faulty tyre pressure sensors which I sent back for a refund
