LED Stop/Tail Light load resistor

Featured Replies

Just fitted some LED Stop/Tail lights  :D (supposed to be CANBUS compatible) but still getting the flashing glow plug indication on the dash   so have purchased inline resistors to remove the problem.

Looking at the wiring diagram for the stop and reversing lights from the Haynes manual the question is would I need to add a resistor to each side or would i get away with just using 1 attached to the Red/Black positive feed line that the brake lights run off?

Looks like that may not be the problem - checked this morning when parked the car up and all brake lights on when ignition is on - looking through the forum it looks as if it is the brake light switch that is busted  :swear: don't have the time or place to change it myself so looks like it's going to hve to go to the garage to get changed  :$$$:
