Fitting my coilovers..

Featured Replies

Evening folks.. fitting the coilovers on Saturday! (YIPEE)..

I've been told to get new top mounts and bearings to make life easier and to replace while they are off.. I've noticed Eurocarparts have a few different manufacturers. Is it better to go for original from the dealers or is there a better manufactured option?

If anyone can link me to what I'll need, that would be superb..

Secondly - while it's all apart, is there anything else worth replacing?

Ta very much! :-)

The console bushes if you haven't done them already.

Whats worth doing? Just the wishbone bushes or are the anti- roll bar ones worth it as well?

ARB bushes are easy anyway, the big one at the rear of the wishbone is so much easier to do with an empty wheel arch, no wishbone, strut or hub in the way. I just smashed the plastic sleeve on the old ones by driving a rough screwdriver under the void then flicked them out and replaced them with PSB polybushes.
