My lucky son found a £1 coin in the street.

 

My unlucky son played with it and dropped it in the car despite being told to put it in his pocket.

 

It fell between the two seatbelt buckles but trying to lever it out if fell further underneath the seats.

 

Do the seat bases lift up or are we left a bit poorer together with a coin rattling about in my car?

You may be able to lift the seat base enough to get your hand in without removing it altogether.
