Mk3 Golf space saver onto a 2010 Fabia?

When I bought my 2010 Fabia 1.4 tdi in February it didnt come with a spare wheel. As I was breaking a mk3 Golf Gti at the time I rescued the space saver that was in it to possibly use in the Fabia.

I just wanted to confirm that it would fit? Its 5 x 100 PCD & the wheels 3.5 x 15" ET38 (not sure on the tyre size at the moment)

Im sure the bore size is the same too but was hopeful someones tried
