Evening gents, what error code would the removal of sai throw up on my little orange

Hi, thanks for the reply.. going to view a car in the morning! Eml on as a result of sai removal.. so just trying to get a heads up on it

that will happen ( I have it mapped out on my car , so no warning light) you can add a resistor to prevent the light coming on...... IF the seller is being honest and thats why you have the light ;)

Can you get mobile data while you're there? If so Google the code. As said the owner should have put a resistor in (they may have and it's not worked, don't always) or had it mapped out. If they're the kind of people who half finish a job like that alarm bells are starting to ring, just give the car a good going over to be sure.

you may code a code similar to this :

quite common if the SAI has been deleted or unplugged or generally faulty. most folk map out that code when removing or deleting the Sai as fitting a resistor does not guarantee the fault will not appear.
