As there is no "Haynes type" manual for the Fabia, can someone tell me how to go about removing the front bumper from my vRS. I need to replace a damaged front fog light and I believe this can only be done with the bumper off.

Also how much is a replacement front fog light? Is it a complete single unit ?

Do a search it's been covered a few times.

You "could" look at forges website and down load the FMIC instructions as it shows how to remove the bumper.
