Couple of issues...

Haven't posted for a while as I've been busy working lol but the car has developed a few things causing me some concern. It's booked into Skoda but I'm looking for a wee bit of advice about what it could be.

Basically when the DSG shifts from 3rd-2nd-1st there's sometimes a noise as if it's the clutch plates. It doesn't happen all the time but mainly when I'm stopping at a junction or lights that are on an incline.

Secondly is a dry tappety sound when the car is rolling without me pressing the gas, happens around 18mph down and goes away once I press the gas again. One of the other taxi drivers commented earlier about how the car sounded quite rough on startup despite only having done 28k
