Hey guys, I've just put an s2000 airfilter on my fabia and now the eml is on and will not boost pass 2k revs :( any ideas on what it could be? Thanks in advance.

Turbo being choked perhaps?

get a scan done for fault codes and see what the ecu says is wrong first.

 

What have you done with the small vac hose which attaches to the standard airbox? usually need a small filter putting on it and tucking up somewhere out of the way

I've drilled a hole and attached it to the new filter

Fair enough. Well get a scan done for fault codes and see what it comes out with. Worth checking the MAF plug is on properly and any other stuff in the area you may have disturbed when fitting it

That was the filter i used on mine when installing the s2000 filter because i didnt want to drill a hole in the new filter
