Skoda Octavia Greenline Stop/Start and Seatbelt chime

2012  Octavia greenline is it possible to cancel the stop/start device on this car using vcds on this car. i can manually stop it on the switch but comes back on when car restarted on the key

Find the stop/start really annoying and am sure it doesn't save that much fuel. also as a taxi all this stop starting cant be good to the ring gear and starter motor. the other thing that concerns me is oil starvation to the turbo. I know years ago you had to wait a few minutes after a long run to allow the turbo to spool down or damage would occur due to lack of lubrication. stopping the engine straight after a long run surely wont help the turbo

also is it possible to stop the seat belt chiming when its not plugged in.
