Whatever suits most people best, shall we say options could be either 13:30 or 18:30

Gets busy in the evenings, I would say earlier the better. 12pm is probably the best

 

Maybe an alternative date might also suit more people 

how about 2pm

People start turning up for lunch around 12.30

 

Before that is optimal, if you wish to all park together

Woops I completely forgot about the meet, if it wasn't for the reminder I set on my phone.

Maybe a reschedule would be a good idea because it only looks like there's going to be 4 of us.
